Yes, but only before your order has been picked in our warehouse. Changes can be made through your account. The status of your order can be viewed by logging into your account. 

Please select ‘fast track’ in the delivery method when placing your order. Fast track orders placed by 12noon on a Wednesday will be delivered for the weekend. 

All embroidered team wear must be ordered online as we hand make it all, however your order can be collected in store. Delivery/collection timescales are shown when placing your order. You will receive an email to notify you when your order is complete.

Unfortunately we cannot accept return of any end of line/clearance items for refund or exchange.

Please refer to our size guide on each item before adding to basket.

The returns period has been extended from the usual 14 days. You have until the 15 January to return any unsuitable Christmas purchases.

We manufacture all items in house and all orders are hand made with the personalisation you require.

As a result all team wear orders are normally shipped within 5-7 working days. If you are desperate for your kit, upgrade to our industry leading fast track service. Please note: throughout our peak periods due to high levels of orders it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order particularly if we are hand making it! Timescales are indicated when selecting your delivery option.

Equipment and non-personalised clothing have a slightly quicker turnaround of 2-3 working days. This may also be slightly longer during peak periods.

We can exchange some items as long as there is no extra personalisation such as names, numbers or initials. We cannot exchange any end of line or sublimated/bespoke items, this is noted when ordering. Please notify us of your return item by logging into your account and following the prompts in the ‘orders and bookings’ section. Please then return your item to: Serious Sport Group, Returns Department, The Dummer Cricket Centre, Dummer, Basingstoke, RG25 2AR with your completed returns form found on the reverse of your order details enclosed in your original package. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

You can track your order, as it goes through production, by logging into your account. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched where you will be provided with delivery tracking details.

You can book any of these by selecting ‘cricket’ on our home page followed but ‘cricket centre’. Here you will find all availability.

All courses are available to book for the current year. One to ones can be booked up to approx. 3 months in advance.

Prices vary, please refer to coaching section of the website.

Non marking trainers need to be worn and either cricket wear or sports wear will be appropriate clothing.

If you have the required equipment (helmet, pads, gloves, abdo guard, bat) you may play hardball in the nets.  If not, you will play with a soft ball in the Arena. 

You can cancel/re-arrange a booking up to 48 hours prior to the start.  This can be done by logging into your account and selecting ‘orders & bookings’. If your booking is due to start in the less than 48 hours, we are not able to offer a refund for your booking or for it to be re-arranged. 

Cricket Centre / Venue Hire

Our bowling machines are not self-feeding therefore you will need to bring an adult with you to operate the machine.

You can cancel/re-arrange a booking up to 48 hours prior to the start.  This can be done by logging into your account and selecting ‘orders & bookings’. If your booking is due to start in the less than 48 hours, we are not able to offer a refund for your booking or for it to be re-arranged. 

Maximum of 6 people.

Anyone can hire a net however under 18’s require adult supervision at all times. Only those who have hired the net lane or are being coached are allowed in the net lane area. All under 18’s must wear a helmet when using hard ball.

Normally you can book up to 3 months in advance.

 

The shop is open on the following Bank Holidays - Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May and Spring Bank Holiday from 10am-4pm.  The Centre is also open on these Bank Holidays from 9am-4pm.  We are closed on all other Bank Holidays .
